Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Rakshati Assurance website operated by Rakshati Finserv Pvt Ltd. By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to them.
1. What we do
Rakshati Assurance helps businesses obtain insurance surety bonds by arranging placement with IRDAI-licensed insurers. We are a facilitator/intermediary — we are not an insurer and do not ourselves issue bonds or guarantees.
2. No offer, no guarantee of issuance
- Information on this site, including any cost figures, calculators, or estimates, is indicative only. It is not a quote, an offer, or a commitment to issue a bond.
- Whether a bond is issued, its premium, and its terms are decided by the insurer through underwriting, and may differ from any indicative figure shown here.
- Acceptance of a surety bond by a particular obligee/department depends on that obligee's rules; we confirm acceptance for your specific tender before you commit.
3. Not professional advice
Content on this site is general information, not financial, legal, tax, or insurance advice. Make decisions based on your own assessment and, where appropriate, professional advice.
4. Using the site
- Provide accurate information in enquiries and forms.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of any account credentials on our separate client portal.
5. Intellectual property
The site's content, design, wordmark, and materials are owned by or licensed to Rakshati Finserv Pvt Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for normal personal/business viewing.
6. Third-party links
We may link to third-party sites (e.g. insurers, government portals). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rakshati Finserv Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on indicative information. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
