This policy explains how Rakshati Finserv Pvt Ltd (operating the surety-bond service Rakshati Assurance, "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use rakshati.in/Rakshatiassurance, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").
1. Who we are
Rakshati Finserv Pvt Ltd, 1st Floor, Unitech Trade Centre, Sushant Lok Phase, Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana 122009, India. We arrange insurance surety bonds through IRDAI-licensed insurers. We are the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data described here.

We do not knowingly collect financial account credentials, card numbers, or government ID numbers through this website. Please do not submit them via web forms.
3. Why we use it & our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a bond — necessary to take steps at your request and provide the service.
- To contact you about your enquiry by email, phone, or WhatsApp — on the basis of your request.
- Analytics and site improvement (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) — only where you have given consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations, including those applicable to insurance intermediation.
4. Who we share it with
- IRDAI-licensed insurers and their underwriting partners, to obtain quotes and place a bond you ask us to arrange.
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Google LLC (Analytics), and Microsoft Corporation (Clarity). Some of these may process data outside India; we take steps for such transfers to be lawful.
- Authorities where required by law or regulation.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and bond-related data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, regulatory, and tax record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained per the providers' standard retention settings.
6. Your rights
Subject to the DPDP Act and applicable law, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and a summary of its processing;
- Request correction, completion, updating, or erasure of your personal data;
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave (including analytics consent, via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer);
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
- Raise a grievance with us (see below).
